Maryl Group, Smith Group, and Richard Matsunga and Associates
To thrive in a competitive market place, they must also deliver inspiring, high performance buildings faster and at a lower cost than ever before. Project Frog worked with Maryl Group and Richard Matsunaga and Associates to deliver buildings that achieve Kaiser’s goals through an enlightened design and implementation process that optimizes the nexus between human, energy, and economic performance. The three building, 40,000 square foot campus in Kona, Hawaii, consists of a two-story medical services building and two one-story administration and support buildings. The outdoor space between the buildings features a Hawaiian medicinal plant garden and landscaped patios. Project Frog enabled additional flexibilities to optimize Kaiser's patient experience, staff work flow, operations, and brand expression.
