Like so many public schools across the nation, Monte Verde Elementary in San Bruno, California, was plagued with countless portable classrooms.

The old buildings had leaky roofs, bad acoustics and poor indoor air quality, among many other unhealthy elements.  For many years, the K-5 school remained in dire need for improvements, and finally in 2013 Monte Verde was selected to be a part of the District’s Measure J Bond Program. This program was aimed at replacing portables and eradicating antiquated equipment. Project Frog supplied over 8,600 sf of new, modern classroom buildings including a library / media center.

Project Frog is proud to have helped shape a new, cohesive campus experience with efficient use of indoor and outdoor space.
